we have discuss how the mind complete exausted and distored will lead you to a mental illnesses,vissions,you body unable to overcome all those emotion,feelings of paranoid wether you think you are going to be kill , or you being abuse sexualy,you can see people munbeling words,your vission becomes sore tridementional if you have read alot of spiritual material you think there is a spiritual war that you going through all kinds of vissual images , but in between those momentss you think you family it is going to be kill aswell so you fear for your life and every ones life. That is a mind that is collapsing is like being inside a house sitting by the window and looking outside unaware of people arround you ,unable to bring the mind back fromwherever you mind goes. here is how ,first you try to rest because sleeping is abig part why we get seek inthe first place you must rest well concentrate in breading take one breath count one another breath count two and so on, or take naps every time you can in a chair,couch wheerever you have abailable,second eat with desiring not satisfied your hunger but thinking you are eating and geting stronger for your recovey so you have recovery in your mind always,third you try to be of help for others donot feel why this happened to me and become angry and rescentfull,because now you have to work with your self now to control your emotions. so instead of focusing in the negative you become positive and helpfull to others,four engage in activeties at the hospital of with friends or family wherever you are,walking is good ,feel the breez,the beatiful sunlight, donot shy away from activities like readind ,soduco,or forming puzzels,because those are ecxellent for the mind to get strong againg,just know when your geting tire and go to rest,practice music if you play instrumendts or linsent to music is good for your brain,meditate in a form that if you see somethong and your head a vission or thougth see how long stays arround,see why the that thougth arrissed at your mind and first place,perhaps you thougth of someone then you got angry and than you thinking how you goingto get him back ,and now you following a hole movie of events inside your head ,so you say to your self I SEE what my mind is doing now,eccept now you will no follow that movie you will go bact to breath,feel the sun,being nice to people,and by discovering when you mind is triking you ,and by controling your emotions,and becoming rather then angry and frostrated ,you become compassionate willing to help others your are controling your mind with all those fears and wear thougths that were arrising now you can identified when you emotions are rising ,when your thougths are proyected by your everyday mind and also when your mind is tire,you starting to become familiar with your own mind and by doing that you can control your mental illness if you think medicine is youf best option go for it ,if one day you want to minimized your medicine intake,slowly cutting down in your dosis,along with practising this form of familiarization with your self and your own mind,may you succed and your goal,experiencing peace and happyness for you and those arround you .....
